Our staff & volunteers
Doves In Action Inc. is a non-profit organization formed by Western High School alumnae. Our mission is to have a positive impact on the development and achievement of young women within Baltimore city and beyond through leadership, education, and sisterhood. We strive to enhance the lives of young women by providing enrichment programs, workshops, events, and scholarships to help improve academic achievement, college and career preparations, promote sisterhood, as well as opportunity to help serve in the community.

With 1 in 5 girls missing school due to lack of menstrual products, Project Sharing Her Experience (S.H.E) combats period poverty by providing feminine hygiene products to high school girls free of charge.
